Larry was born on May 21, 1942 in Ft. Collins, Colorado and lived there his entire life. Larry was drafted into the United States Army in 1964 until 1966 as part of the 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley , Kansas. He was deployed to Vietnam in service for our country. Upon returning home, he married Marilyn (Cathey) Foster on May 28, 1966. They recently celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary. He built many old cars since his first days in the club including 1937 Chevy two door Sedan, 1930 Ford Model A Coupe, and finally a 1932 Ford 5 Window Coupe. Every car saw many miles all over the country while going to car shows and family vacations. When Larry wasn’t working or fixing up old cars he enjoyed golf, playing the bass guitar, and spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Marilyn; his eldest son Jameson Foster, wife Heather, grandson Brooklyn and granddaughter Stevie of Brighton Colorado; his youngest son Tony Foster and granddaughters Madison and Gigi of Ft. Collins. Larry is also survived by his oldest sister Darlene Specht of Ft. Collins. Larry is preceded in death by his parents Lawrence and Gladys Foster and his older sister Mo Rasmussen.
