Teresa Govan Muller

Terry was born on January 9, 1964 in Trenton, New Jersey to David and Norma Govan. She spent her early life in Somerville, NJ before moving with her family to Fort Collins, Colorado in 1973. She graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Human Development. Throughout her professional career, she was employed as a dispatcher for the Larimer County Sheriff's Department, an editor for a local publishing company, and for 13 years a receptionist for Ear, Nose & Throat Associates and most recently for Audiology Group of Northern Colorado. Terry also spent several years as a member of the Larimer County Search and Rescue team in the Colorado Rocky Mountains and helped search for and rescue many lost and injured hikers with her beloved golden retriever, Jesse. In her spare time, Terry enjoyed playing and watching tennis, camping and hiking in the mountains, crocheting, and spending time with family and friends.

Terry is survived by her husband Ed, to whom she was married for 22 years, and her daughter Amanda. Terry is also survived by her siblings Donna, Dave and Eileen, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Terry's memory to any of the following charities and organizations: Pathways Hospice of Northern Colorado, American Cancer Society, Larimer County Food Bank, Larimer or Weld County Humane Societies.
