Robin Katz

Robin Katz left this earth on July 6, 2013. She died quickly from an unexpected illness. Vocatus atque non vocatus deus aderit. Robin played a special role in many people's lives – mother, grandmother, friend, piano teacher. She is loved by many including her daughters, Wendy Kaczkowski and Stephanie Giard of Fort Collins; and son, Philip Katz of Omaha, Nebraska. She was worshipped by her 6 grandchildren, Jonah and Talia Katz, Jett and Jack Giard, and Zach, and Ben Kaczkowski. Robin was also loved and respected by her children's spouses, Kel Giard, Scott Kaczkowski, and Esther Katz. She has many wonderful friends in the neighborhood she helped built in Longmont. A talented musician, Miss Robin brought music into the world by teaching piano. Her students brought such joy to her life and she will live forever through their music. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at 2:00 pm at the Bohlender Funeral Chapel in Fort Collins. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pathways Hospice in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Fort Collins, Colorado 80524.
