Patty Lou Lira, age 78, passed away Saturday, September 4th, 2022 in her home town in Ft. Collins, Colorado. Patty is survived by her children Monica (Ed) Petrie of Wellington, CO, Frank (Chelsi) Lira of Fort Collins, CO and Crystal Foster of Fort Collins, CO as well as numerous great grandchildren, grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Others include her siblings Lupe Gonzalez, Elise Serna, Jerry and John Vasquez, and brother Michael Vasquez.
She is preceded in death by her husband Todd Johnson and her parents Aucencio and Tilde Vasquez.
Patty was heart and soul of her family. She was happiest when her family was gathered together whether it be for a football game, a grand child's sporting event, or birthday party. In addition to spending time with her family, she enjoyed sewing, having game nights, and gardening. Patty will be remembered as a loving and supportive wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 17th, from 12-4pm at the Registry Ridge Clubhouse, 1332 Bon Homme Richard Dr., Ft. Collins, CO 80526.
