Kevin A. Briggs

Kevin A. Briggs passed away, Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Kevin was born to Byron and Mary Elizabeth Briggs on April 30, 1958 in Providence, Rhode Island. Kevin served in the Navy from 1977 – 1980. He married Carrie Wright on June 2, 1990. Kevin will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends. Survivors include his wife, Carrie; brother, Jim, and sister-in-law, Anita; father and mother-in-law, Willard and Janice Wright; all of his many brothers and sisters-in-law, that had so much fun just doing family things together, and his special honorary sister, Nola MacDonald. Kevin and Carrie especially adored their many beloved nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. Preceding Kevin in death are his father, Byron and a brother, Sean. Kevin never met a stranger and was loved by everyone that knew him. Kevin's sparkly blue eyes and mischievous grin will be greatly missed by all of his loved ones. Kevin loved the outdoors, that included, hiking, climbing all the Colorado 14er's, hunting, winter camping, travelling, diving, and most of all he truly loved spending time with his family. We will be celebrating Kevin's life on Tuesday, April 5, 2011, 11:30 a.m. at Timberline Church, 2908 S. Timberline Rd. Military Honors by the Fort Collins All Veterans Honor Guard. Pastor David Price will officiate at the service.
