On a beautiful June 13, 1958 Joseph was born to Guillermo and Manuelita in Pagosa Springs Co. He was third oldest child and the baby of the boys. Joseph was a gentle giant, a very old soul, he was a God fearing man and prayed the rosary as often as he could. In September 1984 while living in Durango, Colorado, he was blessed with a daughter Alisa Lea with Hannah Girardin. He was the jack of all trades, and worked everywhere. He moved to Fort Collins in the 90's. He is survived by his daughter Alisa Lea, 2 grandchildren, seven sisters Celina (Robert), Estefanita, Ema (Manuel), Patricia, Debra, Mary (Benny), and Victoria and numerous nieces and nephews. He loved being a Nino to Camille, Misti, Amanda, Latara, Adrian, and Orlando. He was known by many special names, he was Daughter to Zoriah, Brother to Zoey, My Tio to his G, also had his very special names, his pretties the twins, his G O, his girlies Squiggs and Adelynn, and his Lady Sophia. On May 8th our brother went to heaven, he will forever be missed and never ever forgotten.

A funeral service will be held 1 pm, Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. Interment will follow at Grandview Cemetery.
