Erma L. Montgomery, 89, died at a Fort Collins Nursing Care Center on Feb. 26, 2007, after suffering from Alzheimer's disease. She was born May 8, 1917, in the town of Laramie, Albany County, Wyo., to the late John Martin and Addie May Mansfield. She attended LaPorte and Fort Collins schools. She was united in marriage to Robert Humphries Montgomery, in Fort Collins, on Feb. 1, 1941. Erma is survived by her daughter Erma Rae of Utica Kan.; her son and his wife, Robert Quinten and Linda, Cleveland, Ohio; three grandchildren, Louise Robert Nuttle of Utica, Kan., Robert D. Montgomery and Julie Montgomery, both of Cleveland, Ohio; two great-grandchildren, Kathlean and Nickolas Nuttle; two sisters, Phyllis Chance of Loveland and Ruth Taber of Woodland, Calif.; two brothers, Gerald Mansfield of Red Feather Lakes and Harold Mansfield of Green Valley, Ariz. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny, Robert and Eugene; two sisters Mary Mansfield and Ruby Stewart and grandson John Farnham. Relatives and friends are welcome to view Mrs. Montgomery at the Bohlender Funeral Chapel 121 W. Olive, Fort Collins, from noon to 4 p.m. Tuesday and 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday. A funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bohlender Funeral Chapel and a private interment will be held at Grandview Cemetery. The Rev.
