Dorothy Lee Mcguire

Dorothy Lee McGuire has gone home to be with the Lord on June 24, 2013. She was born on September 30, 1923 and lived most of her life in Fort Collins. She was the oldest of four children born to Joe and Freda Moore. Dorothy was married to her high-school sweetheart, Roy McGuire shortly after graduation. Roy died in 2002 after celebrating 60 years of marriage. She was a member of LifePointe Church, for 71 years.
Her interests included playing tennis, giving piano lessons, and singing in the church choir for many years. She is survived by her 2 brothers: Bill and Jack Moore, 4 children: Joe, Ben, Carl, and Connie Reilly, 12 grandchildren, and 16 great grandchildren. There will be a viewing on Tuesday, from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at Bohlender Funeral Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held at LifePointe Church, 900 E Prospect Rd on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with a reception to follow. Interment will be held at 3:30 p.m.at Grandview Cemetery.
