Donna Lee Koontz 11/29/1936 - 11/21/2011
Donna was a caregiver to her family and others. She was artistic and enjoyed creating stained glass pieces. Donna is survived by her sister, Phyllis, and her brother, Jim; two sons, Jim and Jesse; and four granddaughters, Jennell, Morgan, McKenna, and Jayma. A memorial service will be held Saturday at 2:00pm at 3300 Stanford Rd. Fort Collins, Colorado 80525.
