Harold "Dan" Hagans, 73, of Fort Collins passed away on January 11, 2020 at his home, surrounded by his loving family. Danny was born February 14, 1946 in Fort Collins to James Robert Hagans and June Leona Knapp Hagans.
Survivors include the love of his life Paulette E. Hagans; two sons, Tim (AnnDee) and Tavis (Stanci) Hagans; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; three sisters; and many nieces and nephews, including one nephew who he was recently able to re-connect with.
Dan loved boxing and was honored to coach at the Fort Collins Boxing Club for over 20 years, and was even able to continue coaching during the five years that he fought cancer. He was also an avid fan of the Poudre Wrestling team.
Dan was loved by many family, friends and co-workers. He will be dearly missed.
A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Friday, February 7, 2020 at Calvary Baptist Temple, 2420 Laporte Ave.
in lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Dan Hagan's Family in care of Bohlender Funeral Chapel, 121 W. Olive, Ft. Collins, CO 80524.
