Coke went on his last ride on April 2, 2007, after a lengthy illness. He was born April 6, 1951. He was an avid biker since the early 1970s, spending his last 10 years with the Sons of Silence MC. Coke joined the Army in May 1969 and served in Vietnam 1969-1970. He was a tow truck driver in the Fort Collins area for the past 20 years, owning Blue Sky Towing since 1995. He is survived by his children, Ginger Spencer, of Fort Collins, and Luke Spencer, of Denver; his best friend, Linda Spencer; his mother, Ruby Spencer, of Nebraska; two sisters, Jean Ersch Bud and Rachel Anegll; his two brothers, Dale Spencer Donna and Dennis Spencer; numerous nieces and nephews; and all his SOS brothers. He was preceded in death by his father, Loyde T Spencer. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2007, at the New Hope Christian Fellowship, 1900 AA Street, Greeley. Interment will follow at Elmwood Cemetery in Brighton. Those who desire may view Coke from 1 to 7 p.m. Thursday, April 5, 2007, at Bohlender Funeral Chapel.
