Charlene P. Shramek

Charlene P. Shramek, 59, of Loveland, died February 4, 2014 at McKee Medical Center. Mrs. Shramek was born November 9, 1954 in Endicott, New York to Gene and Elizabeth Wright. Charlene married Joseph "Joe" J. Shramek, Jr. Mrs. Shramek moved to Colorado in 1980 and has lived in Loveland for 28 years. Charlene was very involved as a children's Sunday School teacher. She was involved in many volunteer programs in a variety of local churches which she and Joe attended. Charlene was everybody's 'mama bear'. She enjoyed hiking, was an avid walker, loved picnics in the mountains, and loved the outdoors. She was a very compassionate person and always wanted to help anyone she could. Survivors include her husband, Joe; son, Adam Kate Shramek of Seattle, Washington; mother, Elizabeth of Harpursville, New York; brother, Mark Wright of Harpursville, New York. Preceding Charlene in death was her father, Gene Wright. A Memorial Service will be held at Timberline Church, 2908 S. Timberline Rd. on Friday 10:00 a.m. Reception to follow.
