Cecil Edgar "Ed" Bowden, 92, a longtime resident of Ft. Collins, Colorado went to be with his Lord Jesus Christ on March 26th, 2023 at Poudre Valley Hospital.
Ed was born to Cecil Carl and Velma O. Bowden on January 30th, 1931, in Newcastle Wyoming. He is survived by a son and 2 daughters along with numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was a long time teacher of mathematics and industrial arts with the Poudre R1 School District. Ed was also a building contractor, building many homes throughout Colorado plus a church in Centennial Wyoming.
Ed had a compassionate heart who loved to bless and serve others in Christ's name. As an avid outdoors man he loved to fish, hike, camp, and ride horses and motorcycles.
His family and friends will miss him dearly! A private family graveside service will be held in May 2023 with a "Celebration of His Life" gathering for extended family and friends afterwards on a date/time/place to be determined.
