Andrea (Andi) Adaire (Radigan) Fischer July 4, 1950 — April 25, 2016
A true, fierce fighter to the end. After a courageous eight year battle with stage IV metastatic breast cancer, Andrea is finally at peace.
Andrea grew up in Bay City, MI. She and her husband, Dr. Howard Fischer lived in Tallahassee, FL until his retirement in 2009, then moved to Fort Collins, Colorado. Andrea had a career in Accounting before becoming Owner/Manager of a children's retail boutique. A Published Author and Licensed Real Estate Agent, she loved life's challenges.
She was preceded in death by her father, Lt. Col. John Radigan and sister, Mary Sue Radigan. Andrea is survived by her beloved husband, Dr. Howard J. Fischer, a cherished son and daughter, Lance Fischer (Michelle) of Kissimmee, FL and Colette Washington (Isaiah) of Tallahassee, FL; her beautiful grandchildren that gave her overwhelming happiness: Khari, Breana, Fiona, Jack and Lanelle; mother, Vivian Radigan; sisters, Kitty (Robert) Prior, Michelle Page, Robin (Peter) Sewell; brother, Michael Timothy (Rosemary) Radigan; aunt, Audrey Gladen and other aunts and uncles, many special nieces, nephews and cousins.
Cremation has taken place at the request of Andrea. There will be a Graveside Service and Memorial at Grandview Cemetery in Fort Collins, CO on Monday May 2, 2016 at 2:00 p.m.
A celebration of life luncheon and reception will follow at the Dr. H. Fischer residence in Loveland, CO.
